Suitable for ages 2–5 Years. Bring kids, grandkids, childminders welcome!

A joyful and interactive session designed around movement, mindfulness, and play.

This class introduces toddlers and preschoolers to yoga in a way that feels like an adventure—through storytelling, songs, and imaginative play!

🌟 Session breakdown:
🧘 45 minutes of yoga fun – playful movement, breathing, and games designed to encourage creativity, coordination, and confidence
🎭 45 minutes of free play – a relaxed and engaging environment with lots of props and activities for little ones to explore

☕ Relax with free tea & coffee for grown-ups
🧃 Juice for little ones
🍎 Snacks available to keep everyone energised

🌿 No prior yoga experience needed—just bring comfy clothes and a little one ready for fun!
