Founder & Teacher (Yoga Flow, Slow flow, Pregnancy)I trained as a teacher in Nepal and really connected with the history and philosophy of yoga. I created this community and my retreats to bring people together to practise all limbs of yoga - from physical asana to breathwork, meditation and reflection - in a comfortable, friendly studio where everyone can feel at home🧘.
My style
I like flow, primal movement, not being too prescriptive about alignment and allowing people to explore the practice through their own anatomy.
I always pop in hip and chest openers to counter the ways our everyday lives keep us scrunched up and I focus on building strength as well as flexibility.

Teacher (Pregnancy Yoga)I’m Katie, a specialist pre and postnatal yoga teacher trained to support women as they prepare for the transformational experience of childbirth.
I have worked with hundreds of women teaching pregnancy yoga. I’m also a mother of two and have had two very different birth experiences which taught me that there is no perfect way to give birth.
However, I believes that by using the time during pregnancy to prepare, we can achieve an authentic and intuitive birth, regardless of the circumstances and environment.

My sequences are crafted from my experiences in India and the cherished practices I hold dear to my heart at home.
Ultimately, I want everyone walking out with that deep sense of calm and a bit more strength to face whatever comes their way.

Teacher (Zen Meditation Course)Dawn is a Zen Meditation teacher with a deep commitment to sharing mindfulness practices that support real, lasting change. After a life-altering health challenge in 2018, she began a personal journey of healing through yoga, meditation, and sound.
Her training includes one-to-one integral sound healing, she was also taught personally by Meditation and Mindfulness Zen Master Daizan Skinner Roshi, founder of Zenways.
Dawn is now a qualified Zen Yoga and Zen Meditation teacher, working with charities, healthcare organisations, the Lottery Fund, and studios across the North West to make these practices accessible to all.
