meet the teacher

I’m Charlotte, founder of Pendle Wellbeing Hub. I’ve explored meditation with a range of teachers and traditions from Keighley to Kathmandu.

I’m still no expert meditator, but I have picked up practical techniques that work in real life: on and off on the mat.

I now run retreats, courses and classes in our local area, with a focus on helping people slow down and connect with nature in the busyness of everyday life.

My approach is accessible and rooted in community. I create a safe, supportive space where you can ask questions and explore what works for you 💛.
