What to expect

If you feel a bit stuck in the house, we can relate 🤍

This weekly class is all about having a safe and cosy place to go to switch off, feel connected to your body again and be around other mums who get it.

Each session includes supportive movement to help ease tension in the body (especially shoulders, back, and hips), a bit of strength work to rebuild your core, along with simple breathing to give you a bit of a break.

Just as importantly, it’s a space where:

  • you can feed your baby at any time

  • you can change, settle, or just sit and rest

  • there’s no pressure to follow along perfectly

  • you can take everything at your own pace

There’s time throughout to have a cup of tea and chat if you’d like to, or just sit and play. Loads of baby-safe toys provided.

This class is suitable from around 6 weeks postpartum (or when you feel ready) and is open to all levels — no yoga experience needed.

  • I looked forward to mum & baby with Nancy every week - it's so nice to get a quiet minute or a few stretches in between feeds and cuddles. I miss it so much now I'm back at work!
